Pick your preferred colour and/or size, then hit 'Add to cart'. Feel free to keep browsing at your own pace; the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner takes you back to your basket whenever you like. Keep in mind that an item sitting in your basket is not held for you.

Done browsing? Time to place your order. Press the shopping cart icon in the upper right to view what you picked, and change the quantities on the following screen if needed. Next, select 'Proceed to checkout' to reach the checkout page, where all your information can be filled in together.

Bennett and Claire covers the cost of shipping, so you pay no shipping fees.

Tracking your Delivery at Bennett and Claire

Yes! Every order goes out with Track & Trace, and you can watch its progress on the order status page. Once your order is on its way, we email you a tracking link.
Be aware that the Track & Trace details may not show up straight away.

Delivery times at Bennett and Claire

We aim to deliver all our products quickly and safely. When you order before 3PM on a working day, it is normally processed on that same day.

Many of our products leave directly from warehouses abroad. Expect delivery in about 5 to 10 business days once the order is processed. Occasionally a customs check can add a small delay. We appreciate your patience.

Not at home during delivery: what now?

When we cannot hand over the parcel, the courier keeps it at their distribution centre for 7 days, and the driver leaves a note telling you where to collect it.
Did no note arrive? Start by contacting the courier. Alternatively, write to us at contact@bennettandclairestore.com.

Incorrect Address

Giving a correct shipping address is up to the customer. Since orders are processed and sent out fast, the chance of fixing an address after ordering is slim.
Noticed a mistake? Let us know immediately.

Lost or Stolen Package

We at Bennett and Claire do not take liability for parcels that go missing or get stolen. Should Track & Trace say your parcel was delivered while you never got it, you need to tell us within 14 days of the delivery date shown.
The courier will then open an investigation, and we will keep you informed until it has finished.
