Exchanges and returns

Should your order arrive with the wrong products, or with products that are faulty, write to contact@bennettandclairestore.com and we will sort it out together.

Not happy with what arrived? Send it back within 30 days after you get it, as long as it is still in its original, resalable state.

After we receive your return you get the full price back, minus what it cost to ship the parcel to us. Anything that looks used or opened, or that is no longer in its original state, cannot be refunded or swapped.

Requesting a return

  • If you do not yet have the returns form, ask for it, print it and fill it in. Write to contact@bennettandclairestore.com and we will provide you with the right return destination.
  • Once your return is approved, pack the shipment firmly and make sure it satisfies each of the conditions set out below.
  • Write 'Returns' in a visible place on the outside of the parcel.
  • Choose a tracked and insured shipping service so the parcel reaches us safely.
  • Then email the tracking details to contact@bennettandclairestore.com.

Return Terms and Guidelines

  • Products sent back have to be unused and still inside their original plastic wrapping. The return postage is not paid by us.
  • Pack every returned product well so that nothing gets damaged on the way.
  • Ship return parcels with a service that is both trackable and insured, because we are unable to accept responsibility for goods that are lost or broken while travelling back to us.
  • The return form needs to be approved first - otherwise your return might not be handled.

Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: Write to us at contact@bennettandclairestore.com and include your order number, your address and why you are returning the item. The return form will then be sent to you.

Step 2: Send your order
Put the products and the filled-in return form in a parcel and ship it to the destination named on that form. Make sure the parcel carries a Track and Trace code; the sender carries the responsibility, and we want to avoid any confusion.

Step 3: Get your refund
Once your parcel arrives at our facility, the full amount you paid is credited to your bank account within five working days.

Our returns are handled in Asia, so your parcel has to be sent from the US to another region. That can cost as much as 35$, and we do not refund this amount.
